释义	不是必须的。一般公司选用本地银行卡的原因是因为通常单位发工资是跟银行协商好的，到约定日期，统一划账，异地卡存在转账手续费的问题。工资卡是针对单位发放职工工资及福利而发放的，一为财务划账方便，二为减少现金流通，一般由单位申请，银行不收取年费及小额管理费。法律依据：《中华人民共和国劳动合同法实施条例》第十五条劳动者在试用期的工资不得低于本单位相同岗位最低档工资的80％或者不得低于劳动合同约定工资的80％，并不得低于用人单位所在地的最低工资标准。
