释义	民生银行信用卡还款是可以延迟3天的,如果还需要延长还款时间,则需要向银行申请,如果您三日内还清视为按时还款,则不产生任何费用;若您只还了最低还款额,则每天需支付0.05%的利息;若超出3日还款则视为逾期,除需要支付利息外,还需按最低还款额未偿还部分的5%缴纳滞纳金,按月支付。法律依据《中国银行卡行业自律公约》第十四条：“成员单位为持卡人提供容时服务，应为持卡人提供一定期限的还款宽限期服务，还款宽限期自到期还款日起至少3天。持卡人在还款宽限期内还款时，应当视同持卡人按时还款。
