释义	一般非法转让武器装备罪的量刑规定是：行为人转让武器装备，判处三年以上十年以下有期徒刑；转让大量武器装备或者有其他特别严重情节的，处十年以上有期徒刑、无期徒刑或者死刑。【法律依据】《刑法》第十四条明知自己的行为会发生危害社会的结果，并且希望或者放任这种结果发生，因而构成犯罪的，是故意犯罪。故意犯罪，应当负刑事责任。第四百三十九条非法出卖、转让军队武器装备的，处三年以上十年以下有期徒刑；出卖、转让大量武器装备或者有其他特别严重情节的，处十年以上有期徒刑、无期徒刑或者死刑。
