释义

法律主观：

劳动合同到期后，单位不续签或以低于原待遇使劳动者不续签的，劳动者可以要求单位经济补偿；补偿标准：工作一年补偿一个月工资，工作半年以上不满一年的补偿一个月工资，工作不满半年的，补偿半个月工资。劳动合同到期，但单位与劳动者都按原来的约定履行，此为劳动关系的继续，在此劳动者无过错的，单位在这个期间解除合同的，属于违法解除合同要求，劳动者可以要求单位二倍于经济补偿的赔偿。
