释义	法律分析：公司的股东是不需要签订劳动合同的。依据《中华人民共和国公司法》和《中华人民共和国劳动合同法》的规定，对于不在投资公司就职的、也就是通过分红得到利益的那就不用签定劳动合同，而对于在公司就职、领取工资收入的，就要在入职一月内签定劳动合同。在绝对信任主要投资方的情况下，也可以口头约定的方式替代劳动合同，但是其不受法律保护。法律依据：《中华人民共和国劳动合同法》第七条用人单位自用工之日起即与劳动者建立劳动关系。用人单位应当建立职工名册备查。
