释义	法律分析：符合下列条件写的自书遗嘱是有效的：（1）须由遗嘱人亲笔书写遗嘱内容并签名。（2）须由遗嘱人亲自用笔书写遗嘱全文。（3）必须注明年、月、日，三项缺一不可。（4）立遗嘱人须有立遗嘱能力。（5）遗嘱须是遗嘱人的真实意思表示。（6）遗嘱不得取消缺乏劳动能力又没有生活来源的继承人的继承权。（7）遗嘱中所处分的财产须为遗嘱人的个人财产。（8）遗嘱须不违反社会公共利益和社会公德。法律依据：《民法典》第一千一百三十四条，自书遗嘱由遗嘱人亲笔书写，签名，注明年、月、日。
