空军结婚后什么规定

法律主观：

军人结婚方面规定，同非军人规定是基本相同，都需要结为夫妻的两人，女的必须年满20周岁，男的必须年满22周岁。军人在登记结婚的地方，可以是现役军人部队驻地或者是入伍前常驻户口地，即为了方便军人结婚，也可以起部队驻地的婚姻登记机关。

法律客观：

《民法典》第一千零四十九条要求结婚的男女双方应当亲自到婚姻登记机关申请结婚登记。符合本法规定的，予以登记，发给结婚证。完成结婚登记，即确立婚姻关系。未办理结婚登记的，应当补办登记。
