释义	法律分析：单纯地个人迷信并不犯法。但是如果只是利用迷信达到其他实施犯罪的目的传播，则以其所实施的犯罪定罪处罚。法律依据：《中华人民共和国刑法》第三百条组织和利用会道门、邪教组织或者利用迷信破坏国家法律、行政法规实施的，处3年以上7年以下有期徒刑；情节特别严重的，处7年以上有期徒刑。组织和利用会道门、邪教组织或者利用迷信蒙骗他人，致人死亡的，依照前款的规定处罚。组织和利用会道门、邪教组织或者利用迷信奸淫妇女、诈骗财物的，分别依照本法第二百三十六条、第二百六十六条的规定定罪处罚。
