释义	借条和欠条都是一种债权债务的书面凭证，但两者之间有很大的区别。借条是借款人向出借人出具的借款书面凭证，它证明双方建立了一种借款合同关系；而欠条是双方基于以前的经济往来而进行结算的一种结算依据，它实际上是双方对过往经济往来的结算，仅是代表一种纯粹的债权债务关系，并不代表借款合同关系。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第六百六十八条借款合同应当采用书面形式，但是自然人之间借款另有约定的除外。借款合同的内容一般包括借款种类、币种、用途、数额、利率、期限和还款方式等条款。
