释义	法律分析：借款和欠条是两种不同的书面文件，如果有真实的借贷事实发生，原来写的是欠条，现在改写为借条的，需重新写一份规范、严谨的借条。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第五百四十三条当事人协商一致，可以变更合同。第六百九十五条债权人和债务人未经保证人书面同意，协商变更主债权债务合同内容，减轻债务的，保证人仍对变更后的债务承担保证责任；加重债务的，保证人对加重的部分不承担保证责任。债权人和债务人变更主债权债务合同的履行期限，未经保证人书面同意的，保证期间不受影响。
