法律依据:
《中华人民共和国刑事诉讼法》 第九十二条 对传唤的讯问地点作了明确规定：可以传唤到犯罪嫌疑人所在市、县内的指定地点或者他的住处进行讯问。公安机关应当及时将传唤原因和处所通过电话、手机短信、传真等方式通知被传唤人家属。 公安机关传唤违法嫌疑人时，其家属在场的，应当当场将传唤原因和处所口头告知其家属，并在询问笔录中注明。
