释义	法律分析：民兵训练并非强制，不去可以需要向有关部门申报。法律依据：《中华人民共和国兵役法》第三十九条乡、民族乡、镇、街道和企业事业单位建立民兵组织。凡十八周岁至三十五周岁符合服兵役条件的男性公民，经所在地人民政府兵役机关确定编入民兵组织的，应当参加民兵组织。根据需要，可以吸收十八周岁以上的女性公民、三十五周岁以上的男性公民参加民兵组织。国家发布动员令后，动员范围内的民兵，不得脱离民兵组织；未经所在地的县、自治县、市、市辖区人民政府兵役机关批准，不得离开民兵组织所在地。
