释义	法律分析: 强奸罪进牢房一般不会挨打。罪犯有使用暴力行为的，可以使用戒具。欺压其他罪犯的，监狱可以给予警告、记过或者禁闭。对罪犯实行禁闭的期限为七天至十五天。法律依据:《中华人民共和国监狱法》第四十五条监狱遇有下列情形之一的，可以使用戒具: （一）罪犯有脱逃行为的；（二）罪犯有使用暴力行为的；（三）罪犯正在押解途中的；（四）罪犯有其他危险行为需要采取防范措施的。前款所列情形消失后，应当停止使用戒具。
