释义	法律分析：一般来说是不会坐牢的。在实践中不还银行借款的时候，银行一般会进行三次的催收，经催收后不清偿债务的，银行就会向法院提起诉讼。但是如果是法院判决后有能力还款而不还款，那法院会强制执行，并追究相应的责任，不排除追究刑事责任的可能。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第六百七十六条借款人未按照约定的期限返还借款的，应当按照约定或者国家有关规定支付逾期利息。
