释义	相对而言合同一般较为正规,协议一般较为简单。但二者在法律上具有同等效力。当然，有一种就业协议，那是高校毕业生跟用人单位签订的就业意向书，不等于劳动合同。协议书一般都是两份甚至更多。当然如果只有一份，但有双方自愿签字，也是有效的。法律依据：《中华人民共和国劳动合同法》第十六条劳动合同由用人单位与劳动者协商一致，并经用人单位与劳动者在劳动合同文本上签字或者盖章生效。劳动合同文本由用人单位和劳动者各执一份。
