释义	上门服务到付不一定可靠。作为托运人，本案发货人约定运费到付，有收货人支付运费的行为是合乎法律规定、无可非议的。但是运费到付的约定，不能成为损害承运人收取运费的权利。法律依据：《中华人民共和国海商法》第六十九条的规定托运人应当按照约定向承运人支付运费。托运人与承运人可以约定运费由收货人支付；但是，此项约定应当在运输单证中载明。
