买断工龄对退休金有什么影响?
释义
买断工龄是指企业与员工双方协商之后，一次性支付给员工一定数额的资金，从而解除双方之间的劳动关系。我国法律规定，用人单位和劳动者必须依法参加社会保险，缴纳社会保险费。买断工龄就意味着自己处于失业状态，用人单位不会再为自己缴纳社会保险费。但自身累计缴费年限决定了养老金的待遇。所以，买断工龄之后，如果自己不能正常缴纳社保，就会影响退休金。
法律依据《中华人民共和国劳动法》第七十二条社会保险基金按照保险类型确定资金来源，逐步实行社会统筹。用人单位和劳动者必须依法参加社会保险，缴纳社会保险费。
