法律分析:
1、逾期未申报的补报未按时申报年份的年度报告，地址异常等其他异常原因处理办法上面都有说明。
2、工商局自收到资料后5个工作日内作出移出决定，恢复正常记载状态。应当在20个工作日内核实，并将核实结果书面告知申请人；不予受理的，将不予受理的理由书面告知申请人。
年度报告是指公司整个会计年度的财务报告及其他相关文件。
法律依据:
《股票发行与交易管理暂行条例》 第五十七条 上市公司应当向证监会、证券交易场所提供经注册会计师审计的年度报告。
