释义	不需要，根据《中华人民共和国户口管理条例》规定，不需要父母双方都去派出所办理，只需要父母双方中一个人前往就可以了。法律依据：根据《关于解决无户口人员登记户口问题的意见国办发〔2015〕96号》有：登记户口的时需要本人或者其监护人凭借《出生医学证明》一书和父母任意一方的居民户口簿、结婚证或者非婚生育说明，到办证中心或者是当地派出所按照随父随母落户自愿的政策，申请办理常住户口登记。申请随父落户的非婚生育无户口人员，需要一并提供具有资质的鉴定机构出具的亲子鉴定证明书。
