释义	法律分析: 乘人之危而订立的合同是可撤销的合同。一方利用对方处于危困状态、缺乏判断能力等情形，致使民事法律行为成立时显失公平的，受损害方有权请求人民法院或者仲裁机构予以撤销，自撤销之日起合同无效，但要求受损害方在规定期限内行使撤销权。法律依据: 《中华人民共和国民法典》第一百四十三条具备下列条件的民事法律行为有效：（一）行为人具有相应的民事行为能力；（二）意思表示真实；（三）不违反法律、行政法规的强制性规定，不违背公序良俗。
