释义	法律分析：质押是指债务人或第三人将其财产移交债权人占有，以该财产作为债权的担保，债务人不履行债务时，债权人有权以该财产卖得价款优先受偿。质押是担保的一种方式，按照质押物的不同种类，可将质押分为动产质押、不动产质押及权利质押。商标专用权的质押属于权利质押。法律依据：《著作权质权登记办法》第十六条著作权出质期间，申请人的基本信息、著作权的基本信息、担保的债权种类及数额、或者担保的范围等事项发生变更的，申请人持变更协议、原《著作权质权登记证书》和其他相关材料向登记机构申请变更登记。
