释义	法律分析： 1、在订立合同时的公平，显失公平的合同可以撤销；2、在发生合同纠纷时公平处理，既要切实保护守约方的合法利益，也不能使违约方因较小的过失承担过重的责任、在极个别的情况下，因客观情势发生异常变化，履行合同使当事人之间的利益重大失衡，公平地调整当事人之间的利益。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第六条民事主体从事民事活动，应当遵循公平原则，合理确定各方的权利和义务。
