释义	法律分析: 伪证是在诉讼过程中，证人、鉴定人、记录人、翻译人对与案件有重要关系的事实情节，故意作虚假证明、鉴定、记录、翻译，意图陷害他人或者隐匿罪证的行为。中国法律规定，对作伪证的，可以根据情节轻重，予以训诫、责令具结悔过或者处以罚款、15日以下的拘留；构成犯罪的，依法追究刑事责任。法律依据: 《中华人民共和国民事诉讼法》第一百一十一条第一款伪造、毁灭重要证据，妨碍人民法院审理案件的，人民法院可以根据情节轻重予以罚款、拘留；构成犯罪的，依法追究刑事责任。
