释义	法律分析：施工工期一般来说分为两种从开工到竣工按全部日历天数计算，不扣除停工日数，称为“日历工期”，从全部日历天数中扣除节假日未施工的天数及因设计、材料、气候等原因停工的天数，称为“实际工期”。法律依据：《建设工程价款结算暂行办法》第十七条工程竣工结算以合同工期为准，实际施工工期比合同工期提前或延后，发、承包双方应按合同约定的奖惩办法执行。
