民法典中租房合同不到期房东违约怎么办
释义
承租人可以要求房东继续履行该租房合同，采取补救措施，减少租金或者支付租金，如果合同中约定了违约条款，可以请求房东赔偿损失等违约责任。

第五百七十七条  当事人一方不履行合同义务或者履行合同义务不符合约定的，应当承担继续履行、采取补救措施或者赔偿损失等违约责任。
