释义	法律分析：因为一般的民事案件如果适用的普通程序,那么很少会当庭宣判的,基本上是择日宣判;适用简易程序的案件如有些事实清楚、证据确凿的案件是存在当庭宣判的。法律依据：《中华人民共和国刑事诉讼法》第二百零二条宣告判决，一律公开进行。当庭宣告判决的，应当在五日以内将判决书送达当事人和提起公诉的人民检察院；定期宣告判决的，应当在宣告后立即将判决书送达当事人和提起公诉的人民检察院。判决书应当同时送达辩护人、诉讼代理人。
