释义	法律分析：出院超过12个月不给报销。住院报销时超过了报销时间就不予报销，一般都是当年医疗费用当年报销，不隔年报销。但是如果跨年住院，则要结算报销当年的医疗费用，过期不能报销。医疗报销有时间限制，报销人尽量出院当天进行办理，实在有特殊情况的，应在诊疗后半年之内报销。法律依据：《城镇职工基本医疗保险条例》第四十四条病人使用个人帐户时，可以在任何一个定点医疗机构和定点药店就医、购药。医疗费用按规定由统筹基金支付的，病人应当到指定的定点医疗机构就医。
