释义	法律分析：在外国领取的结婚证，只要不违反我国婚姻法基本原则和中华人民共和国社会公共利益的，一般在国内是有效的。法律依据：《民政部办公厅关于对中国公民的境外结婚证件认证问题的复函》第四条第二款凡在外国缔结的婚姻关系被上述各条认定为有效的，不必在中国境内办理结婚登记或承认手续。依照婚姻缔结地法律结婚的婚姻证件在中国境内使用，应在婚姻缔结地办理公证和该国外交部或外交部授权的机关认证，并经中国驻该国使、领馆认证。
