释义	法律分析：同姓氏的人可以结婚，法律不禁止同姓氏的人结婚。但法律规定了结婚年龄，男性不得早于22岁，女性不得早于20岁。鼓励晚婚晚育。同时，有下列情形之一的，禁止结婚： 1、三代以内直系血亲和旁系血亲； 2、患有医学上认为不应该结婚的疾病。所以同姓的人可以结婚，只要双方不禁止结婚。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第一千零四十七条结婚年龄，男不得早于二十二周岁，女不得早于二十周岁。第一千零四十八条直系血亲或者三代以内的旁系血亲禁止结婚。
