释义	法律分析：司法鉴定是不能做假的。在司法实践中，司法鉴定结论因为其客观性、专业性，证明里比较强，一般情况下，法官会采信司法鉴定结论。有的当事人对鉴定结论不服，认为鉴定的程序、鉴定方法等存在问题的，会认为司法鉴定存在弄虚作假的情形。法律依据：《中华人民共和国刑法》第三百零七条以暴力、威胁、贿买等方法阻止证人作证或者指使他人作伪证的，处三年以下有期徒刑或者拘役;情节严重的，处三年以上七年以下有期徒刑。司法工作人员犯前两款罪的，从重处罚。
