释义	法律分析：对于违约合同，如是预期违约，对方通过明示或默示的表达出违约的意思，则我方可以不履行自己的合同义务。在确定违约事实后，违约方能够提早找对方进行协商，降低违约所造成的损失，从而减轻自己所需承担的责任。另一方在违约方提早通知情况时，应当予以配合。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第五百七十七条当事人一方不履行合同义务或者履行合同义务不符合约定的，应当承担继续履行、采取补救措施或者赔偿损失等违约责任。
