释义	依据我国《担保法》的规定，被担保人用股权作为反担保的标的时，担保的股权是属于财产权利，所以是权利质押中的股权质押。《中华人民共和国担保法》第四条第三人为债务人向债权人提供担保时，可以要求债务人提供反担保。反担保适用本法担保的规定。第七十五条下列权利可以质押：(一)汇票、支票、本票、债券、存款单、仓单、提单(二)依法可以转让的股份、股票(三)依法可以转让的商标专用权，专利权、著作权中的财产权(四)依法可以质押的其他权利。
