释义	法律分析: 调动是用人单位对劳动者工作地点或者岗位进行的改变，是变更劳动合同的情形，而辞职是劳动者解除劳动合同。法律依据: 《中华人民共和国劳动合同法》第三十五条用人单位与劳动者协商一致，可以变更劳动合同约定的内容。变更劳动合同，应当采用书面形式。变更后的劳动合同文本由用人单位和劳动者各执一份。第三十六条用人单位与劳动者协商一致，可以解除劳动合同。第三十七条劳动者提前三十日以书面形式通知用人单位，可以解除劳动合同。劳动者在试用期内提前三日通知用人单位，可以解除劳动合同。
