释义	狩猎证每年验证一次。猎捕非国家重点保护野生动物的，必须持有狩猎证，并按照狩猎证规定的种类、数量、地点、期限、工具和方法进行猎捕。狩猎证由省、自治区、直辖市人民政府林业行政主管部门按照国务院林业行政主管部门的规定印制，县级以上地方人民政府野生动物行政主管部门或者其授权的单位核发。法律依据：《中华人民共和国野生动物保护法》第十八条 猎捕非国家重点保护野生动物的，必须取得狩猎证，并且服从猎捕量限额管理。持枪猎捕的，必须取得县、市公安机关核发的持枪证。
