释义	法律分析：个体户注销是不需要登报，若经营者超期在使用，由经营者承担责任。法律依据：《中华人民共和国个体工商户登记管理办法》第二十七条营业执照遗失或毁损的，个体工商户应当向登记机关申请补领或者更换。营业执照遗失的，个体工商户还应当在公开发行的报刊上声明作废。申请个体工商户注销登记，应当提交下列文件：（一）申请人签署的个体工商户注销登记申请书；（二）个体工商户营业执照正本及所有副本；（三）国家工商行政管理总局规定提交的其他文件。
