释义	我国国家法律没有明确规定离房多远栽树，但是如果栽树距离过于靠近房屋，会侵犯相邻住户的采光、通风、排水等相邻权，所以一般以不侵犯他人采光等权利来确定栽种距离。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第二百八十八条不动产的相邻权利人应当按照有利生产、方便生活、团结互助、公平合理的原则，正确处理相邻关系。第二百三十六条妨害物权或者可能妨害物权的，权利人可以请求排除妨害或者消除危险。
