释义	法律分析：离职期间应当按照正常的工作程序完成工作，办好交接。如果离职申请还在批复阶段，那么员工仍属于在职之身，自然是要完成本职工作的。如果离职申请已经审批，虽然法律没有对此作出明确要求，但是因为个人疏忽拒绝正常工作安排给公司造成损失的，可能需要赔偿。法律依据《中华人民共和国劳动合同法》第三十七条劳动者提前三十日以书面形式通知用人单位，可以解除劳动合同。劳动者在试用期内提前三日通知用人单位，可以解除劳动合同。
