释义	法律分析：合同解除后法律关系归于消灭，而解除前已履行的部分仍然有效，合同撤销后即自始无效，撤销前已经履行的部分也归于无效，依照无效的法律后果进行处理。合同的解除可以由双方当事人协商自行解决，也可以诉请法院或仲裁机构解除;而合同的撤销必须由当事人申请法院或仲裁机构处理，当事人不得自行协商处理。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第五百六十二条当事人协商一致，可以解除合同。当事人可以约定一方解除合同的事由。解除合同的事由发生时，解除权人可以解除合同。
