释义	意思自治原则是民法的基本原则之一,也是合同法的一项基本原则。意思自治又叫合同自愿或契约自由原则,就是指在不违反法律和社会公共利益的前提下,当事人享有充分的合同自由,合同能完全体现当事人自己的意志,任何单位和个人不得非法干涉。【法律依据】《合同法》第四条合同自由原则当事人依法享有自愿订立合同的权利，任何单位和个人不得非法干预。
