释义	法律分析：终审判决是法院对案件的最后一级判决。我国实行两审终审制，中级人民法院、高级人民法院和最高人民法院的第二审就是终审。最高人民法院的第一审也是终审。对一审法院的裁判不服的，可向上级法院上诉，开启二审程序。二审判决即为终审判决，当事人不得再上诉。对二审判决若有异议，认为程序、实体上有错误时，可提起再审(我国称为审判监督程序)。审判监督程序的启动有三种形式：当事人申请再审，法院决定再审，检察院抗诉进行再审三种。
