如何举报教师放高利贷 |

法律分析：可以通过拨打全市教育系统公开举报电话，登录市教育局行风热线网站反映问题，进入各省市教育局微信公众号对老师不良行为进行投诉举报。不管出借人是教师，还是公务员，还是平民。但不管怎么说，放高利贷都是不道德的行为，理应制止。
法律依据：《中华人民共和国刑法》 第一百七十五条 以转贷牟利为目的，套取金融机构信贷资金高利转贷他人，违法所得数额较大的，处三年以下有期徒刑或者拘役，并处违法所得一倍以上五倍以下罚金；数额巨大的，处三年以上七年以下有期徒刑，并处违法所得一倍以上五倍以下罚金。单位犯前款罪的，对单位判处罚金，并对其直接负责的主管人员和其他直接责任人员，处三年以下有期徒刑或者拘役。第一百七十五条之一以欺骗手段取得银行或者其他金融机构贷款、票据承兑、信用证、保函等，给银行或者其他金融机构造成重大损失的，处三年以下有期徒刑或者拘役，并处或者单处罚金；给银行或者其他金融机构造成特别重大损失或者有其他特别严重情节的，处三年以上七年以下有期徒刑，并处罚金。单位犯前款罪的，对单位判处罚金，并对其直接负责的主管人员和其他直接责任人员，依照前款的规定处罚。
《中华人民共和国民法典》 第六百八十条 禁止高利放贷，借款的利率不得违反国家有关规定。借款合同对支付利息没有约定的，视为没有利息。借款合同对支付利息约定不明确，当事人不能达成补充协议的，按照当地或者当事人的交易方式、交易习惯、市场利率等因素确定利息；自然人之间借款的，视为没有利息。
