释义	不可以。受教育是未成年人的权利，对成绩差、品行不好的学生，学校和老师应给予帮助，不能歧视，更不能任意给予处分，甚至勒令退学或开除学籍。在现实社会中，学每个学校都有自己的纪律，如果学生在学校期间不遵守学校的纪律，会接受学校的各种处罚。我国实行的是九年义务教育，学校是不能开除学生。法律依据：《中华人民共和国义务教育法》第二十七条规定；对违纪的学生，学校应当给予说服、教育和帮助，确须给予处分的，学校应先向学生及其监护人说明情况，按照公平、公正的原则作出处分决定。
