释义	卖淫不一定会收容教育，对具有已满16周岁不满18周岁人员多次卖淫嫖娼、18周岁以上人员卖淫嫖娼2次以上等情形之一的，应当依法收容教育。因具有怀孕或者哺乳自己不满1周岁婴儿，以及70周岁以上人员实施卖淫嫖娼等情形的，不执行行政拘捕处罚。法律依据：《治安管理处罚法》第六十六条 卖淫、嫖娼的，处十日以上十五日以下拘捕，可以并处五千元以下罚款;情节较轻的，处五日以下拘捕或者五百元以下罚款。在公共场所拉客招嫖的，处五日以下拘捕或者五百元以下罚款。
