释义	法律分析：货物运输合同的违约责任分为托运方责任和承运方责任。托运方未按合同约定提供托运货物的，应按其价值的比例偿付给承运方违约金。由于托运方过错造成货物损失的，托运方应进行赔偿；承运方不按合同约定发运的，或者货物逾期达到的，应偿付违约金。法律依据《中华人民共和国民法典》第五百七十八条当事人一方明确表示或者以自己的行为表明不履行合同义务的，对方可以在履行期限届满前请求其承担违约责任。
