法律分析：买卖婚姻不合法。根据我国《民法典》的相关规定，买卖婚姻是法律禁止的婚姻。买卖婚姻，是指第三者包括父母违反婚姻自主原则，以索取物财为目的，包办强迫他人造成的婚姻。 换亲、转亲、童养媳等都是包办买卖婚姻不同形式的表现。买卖婚姻是数千年封建社会遗留下来的封建婚姻的毒瘤。
法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》 第一千零四十二条 禁止包办、买卖婚姻和其他干涉婚姻自由的行为。禁止借婚姻索取财物。禁止重婚。禁止有配偶者与他人同居。禁止家庭暴力。禁止家庭成员间的虐待和遗弃。
