亲属之间零元转让股权可以吗

法律分析:
是否可以零元转让不是看股东直接的关系，而是看公司的资产情况。股权转让价格是双方自治的结果，理论上说可以是任何价格。至于股权是否可以零元转让，完全看双方意思，只要达成一致意见，股权是可以进行零元转让的。
法律依据:
《中华人民共和国公司法》 第七十三条 依照本法第七十一条、第七十二条转让股权后，公司应当注销原股东的出资证明书；向新股东签发出资证明书，并相应修改公司章程和股东名册中有关股东及其出资额的记载。对公司章程的该项修改不需再由股东会表决。
