释义	法律分析：善意相对人，即善意第三人。此处的“善意”是民法上的概念，有民法上的特殊意义，不能用我们口语中所谓的善意去解释。主要指的是合同的相对人或其他民事法律关系中的第三人，因自身没有过错也不可归责于己的行为，取得一定的财产或利益。民法上有所谓“善意指的就是没有过错。法律保护善意第三人的合法利益，法律关系中的其他人的权利，不得对抗善意第三人。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第六十五条法人的实际情况与登记的事项不一致的，不得对抗善意相对人。
