释义	法律分析：意向金可以转为定金。意向金本来就是附条件的定金，消费者在支付意向金后确定买房的，该意向金视为定金。定金协议对买卖双方产生约束力，买卖双方必须按约定履行义务，否则将承担法律后果。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第五百八十七条债务人履行债务的，定金应当抵作价款或者收回。给付定金的一方不履行债务或者履行债务不符合约定，致使不能实现合同目的的，无权请求返还定金受定金的一方不履行债务或者履行债务不符合约定，致使不能实现合同目的的，应当双倍返还定金。
