释义	法律分析：从法律上说，女婿无法定赡养女方父母的义务，因为岳父母属于拟制血亲，由妻子的身份决定的，其赡养义务应由妻子行使，但在实际生活中一般表现为夫妻双方共同行使赡养义务。妻子死亡以后，拟制关系灭亡，故不存在赡养义务。但是根据传统道德要求，丧偶女婿，对原岳父母还需尽到赡养义务，但这只是道德要求，不是法律规定。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第二十六条规定父母对未成年子女负有抚养、教育和保护的义务。成年子女对父母负有赡养、扶助和保护的义务。
