释义	法律分析：在一些纠纷案件中，一般情况下在诉讼之后法院在开庭审理前就要进行相关的案前调解。但是对于一些当事人来说不愿意进行调解的时候，就需要进行撤销调解。如果有证据证明调解不是建立在相商一致的基础上或是存在胁迫、欺诈等违法情况的当然可以申请撤销。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民事诉讼法》第九十三条人民法院审理民事案件，根据当事人自愿的原则，在事实清楚的基础上，分清是非，进行调解。第九十九条调解未达成协议或者调解书送达前一方反悔的，人民法院应当及时判决。
